Now in its 5th year, our upcoming virtual event on PostgreSQL, brought to you by the Postgres team at Microsoft, is the largest in the world. It brings together Postgres experts, developers, users, and contributors from around the globe to present all things Postgres.

POSETTE is a free & virtual developer event, happening June 16-18, 2026, organized by Microsoft’s Postgres team.
The name POSETTE (pronounced /Pō-zet/) stands for Postgres Open Source Ecosystem Talks Training & Education. Join us for 4 unique livestreams to learn from open source users, Azure database customers, and experts in PostgreSQL. All talks will be available online after the event.
Call for Speakers (CFP) is open!
What are the key things to know about the POSETTE CFP?
Whether you’re a first-time speaker or a regular speaker at conferences, we’d love to consider your talk proposal(s) about Postgres and the rich tooling and extensions in the Postgres ecosystem. First-time speakers, we encourage you to submit (and ask for advice if needed, on the #posetteconf channel on Discord.)
To make things easy, we’ll take care of the pre-recordings and video production for the accepted talks. After the pre-recording is done, you’ll just need to show up virtually when the video of your talk is livestreamed, to answer questions in the online chat. Learn all about CFP.

- Feb 25, 2026 – Schedule & sessions announced
- Weeks of Apr 20 & Apr 27 – Pre-record all talks
